Frequently asked questions
Who can sign up as a provider?
Any independent professional working in clients' homes across Quebec: hairdresser, makeup artist, nail technician, esthetician, barber, photographer, DJ, decorator, or residential renovation specialist.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24h before. Between 24h and 4h before: 50% retained. Less than 4h before: 100% retained. If cancelled by the provider less than 4h before: $25 penalty.
How are providers verified?
Each provider submits a government ID, insurance certificate and certifications. Our team reviews each file before approving the profile.
When does the provider get paid?
Funds are held during the service and released to the provider 48h after completion, unless a dispute is filed.
Is the platform available in all Quebec cities?
Yes! AlloPresta is open to all professionals and clients in Quebec, regardless of city. If no provider is yet available near you, sign up on the waiting list — our network grows every week.
Is the platform available for men?
Yes. AlloPresta is open to everyone: women, men, children (via parents), seniors, couples, LGBTQ+ community. Our catalog includes services for everyone.
